Intellectual Property

To protect our discoveries, Sirius actively pursues an aggressive strategy towards the filing of our patents. Our patents consist of correlations between individual SNPs and their associated clinical outcomes. Due to the nature of our technology and capabilities, our patent portfolio continues to grow in parallel with each new R&D breakthrough.

Currently, we have filed 14 provisional patent applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Of these, we have filed eleven international applications under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). National phase patent applications have also been filed as appropriate for each patent.
