Partnering Opportunity

Recognizing that partners are critical for the growth of a company, Sirius Genomics is continuing to actively look for partnering opportunities that align with our strategic corporate goals. Partnerships of interest to the Company include:

• Companies undertaking clinical trials in the area of critical care medicine that wish to stratify their patient populations in order to identify patients who will respond to treatment versus those that do not.
• Companies (or other organizations) that have access to a large set of clinical and genetic data that could serve as a validation dataset for hypotheses derived from Sirius' proprietary database.
• Companies that have drugs that have failed previous sepsis clinical trials where the identification of different patient subgroups might improve the efficacy and safety profile for the drug.
